2. What data we process
Browsing this website does not require you to provide any personal data, and the site does not use cookies (see the cookie policy). We only process the data you give us when you contact us through the contact form, by phone or by email: name, company, email, phone, type of site and the content of your enquiry. Form data is not stored on the website: it is sent to us by email.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiries and quote requests. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in replying (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR).
- Managing our relationship with customers: provision of the contracted services, invoicing and support. Legal basis: performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
- Sending commercial information about our products and services. Legal basis: your consent, given in the form through a separate and optional checkbox, or, if you are already a customer, our legitimate interest in informing you about similar products (art. 21 LSSI-CE). You can object or withdraw your consent at any time.
No automated decisions with legal effects concerning you are made.
4. Retention
We keep the data for as long as the business relationship lasts or until you request its deletion and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (generally five years from the last contract).
5. Recipients
We do not share or sell data to third parties, except where required by law (for example, a court order). To provide the service we rely on providers that process data on our behalf under a data processing agreement: web hosting (Arsys, in Spain), delivery of form messages (Supabase, in the European Union, and Resend) and email (Google Workspace). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to comercial@caitba.com or to our postal address, stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
7. Apps and platform
The processing of data on the CloudCaitba platform, which our customers use to manage their sites, is governed by the data processing agreements signed with each customer. The OneKey app has its own privacy policy. The customer area (sat.caitba.com), where our customers open their support tickets, is also a separate application: it processes the data needed to provide technical support, within the contractual relationship with each customer.
